When I was a boy my grandmother started me off on stamp collecting. She was a very keen collctor and gave me the bug. After a short spell in the miltary I started working with stamps in the early 1960's. I have seen the market change a huge amount over the years but my passion remains the same.
Our Story
John started the company in 1987 after leaving his position as Vice Chairman of the Royale Stamp Company. We have grown the business over the past few decades and we have handled almost all things stamp related. We participate in the annual Stampex International stamp exhibition and take a wide and varied stock. From specialised collections to 20p covers we try to cater to all collectors who enjoy this hobby. We are a small family business and we are driven to try to promote and grow the hobby of philately. In 2007 James Leigh joined the business. Over that time James has developed an enormous philatelic knowledge and an inert ability to try to find solutions to the questions posed by the modern philatelic market. He has a great understanding of how best to help collectors and other dealers either find the items that they are looking for or sell the items that they would like to see rehomed. He has a passion for stamps and for building relationships with our clients.
